Floriditas Bakery Moves On.
After many years of supplying our Floriditas Bakery range through Moore Wilson’s with cakes, tarts, biscuits and slices, we have made the decision to concentrate our efforts on baking solely for Floriditas restaurant. Our last day of offering our baking range at Moore Wilson Fresh is 24 December 2012.
We love making as much of our own food products for the Floriditas menu by hand, from making much of our own bread, baking all of our slices, biscuits and sweet treats on our counter offering, along with producing our own jams, marmalade and pretty much most of what you see on our menus. Freeing up our bakery area means that we can devote even more time to creating delicious food for the restaurant.
Many people have asked us whether they will still be able to purchase our cakes and other baking elsewhere. It’s not something we will be offering in the near future, but we’ll review that next year and will keep you posted.
