Our team environment is positive, respectful and collaborative. Many of our staff stay for years because the culture genuinely matters here.
Sharing in success
We believe that when the restaurant does well, everyone should benefit. Our open-book management approach means the team understands how the business works, and when we hit our targets there is a weekly profit-share incentive. Everyone is part of the bigger picture.
Coaching and mentorship
Our General Manager Hayden McMillan works closely with the team to support individual development. That means regular one-on-one coaching, clear feedback and opportunities to grow into new roles or responsibilities.

Floriditas has been part of Cuba Street since 2005. A grand café in the European tradition, known for exceptional food, a remarkable wine list, and an atmosphere that feels like it's been here forever. It's the kind of place that locals are fiercely proud of.
Loretta is the younger sister. More casual, more vegetable-forward, with a global palate and an energy all herown. Same standard of hospitality. Different mood entirely.
Both venues are owned and led by the same four partners: Julie Clark, James Pedersen, Hayden McMillan, and Dominique Fourie. People who've been in this industry long enough to know exactly what a great workplace looks like and who are committed to building one.
