
Floriditas began with a simple idea: create a place where warmth and approachability meet restaurant-quality food, service, and care. 
We’re inspired by the tradition of European grand cafés, but this is our version. Less formal, more Welly. Great coffee, classic wines, and seasonal cooking that lets the ingredients do the talking. 
What “seasonal” means to us
It’s not a slogan. It’s a way of cooking that keeps changing through the year: the first asparagus, the best strawberries, feijoas when they’re actually good, and fresh fish when it’s at its peak. 
A place to return to
Some people stay for years. Others pop in once and never forget it. Either way, we want it to feel easy: a table, a welcome, and a meal that fits the day you’re having.
